Wind Power: So Easy You Can Do it Blindfolded
June 22nd, 2008 by EthanGo check out this fun post about how easy it is for one person to switch from “normal” energy to 100% wind.
After signing up for emission-free wind energy via Community Energy and ConEd Solutions and offsetting 460 kWh of nuclear and coal-fired energy with American wind power, Mr. BeehiveHairdresser asks, “Who’s coming with me?”
He says:
I bring this all up because both my birthday and the anniversary of this website is coming up and the only thing that I want is for as many readers as possible to switch to wind power! Just imagine how many more pounds of carbon dioxide we can take out of the air if all of us switch!
Make the switch today!

Cool Natasha!
For the record, I have been using 100% wind for over a year in my apartment.
And this website is hosted by SustainableHosting.com using 100% wind — and that means that the web server as well as all GBK emails are wind powered. So go ahead and email me or contribute a post. Every time you do, you’re helping the planet!
